    I work for a multi-national pharmaceutical company. I go to industry seminars and business events all the time. I run training seminars that are referenced in industry papers and webinars. If I was to openly discuss about, lets say for example, a product that failed a clinical trial and how it damaged the brand, then I would be given a very quick dressing down and my card would be marked.

    My point in general is that we don't hear about Daniel Levy, or David Gill, or whoever the Arsenal equivalent now is. See.....don't even know who he / she is - because they just get on with it. But you can be sure that most Arsenal fans know all about Ian Ayre!!!

    I'd love if we sacked the idiot and got David Dein in place personally....

      The things he talked about ins't connected with the Liverpool brand at all. He didn't talked about what Suarez said about Rodgers. He talked about that the Evra gate and the bite damaged the Liverpool brand.

      Those two incidents only damaged the Suarez image and not the club.

      When it comes down to the Evra gate then Ayre ****ed that one up big time. It was almost like he didn't care at all and didn't took it serous enough.

      We looked like amateurs and badly prepared.

            I don't really understand how you can say that having pictures all over the papers and TV of a LFC shirt and the texts racist and biting doesn't hurt the brand. I don't think Standard Chartered were pleased. Luckily they screwed up themselves, so it didn't hurt us in that regard.
            I do agree with the Evra case, really poor handling from everybody involved.

                      Getting so tired of Ayre and his press releases - or interviews if you may.

                      He needs to shut up talking about Suarez and just talk about the redevelopment of Anfield (as that's going ever so well). I'm not sure coming out so soon after the summer debacle with the Suarez saga, saying we're gonna tie him down to a new contract is that clever.
                      Suarez may not like that approach from Lfc and rebel against it, as he feels he was still lied to... I'm not saying that's how he feels its just stupid to comment about it right now.

                      He's just played his first game back and we're already spouting off about a new contract. Is it not bad enough already that the media labelled him the Muzzler in London Thurs after Weds nights game?

                      Talk about the team and nothing else, but please LFC stop talking about Suarez because its so tedious now we've had Suarez debates since Jan 2013.
