A deserved Ballon D'Or winner if ever there was one. World class at a midtable club as well as an average international team. Messi and Ronaldo can learn a thing or two about that from him.

January would be a terrible time to sell, hopefully we'll still be right in the mix for the top 4 come January, losing him would be a massive loss both for his ability but also the knock it would have to confidence to the team and fans.
IF we've failed to get top 4 next summer and there is a massive offer from Madrid then we might have to consider it then

With the league position we're in, we shouldn't listen to any offers in January. A CL spot is worth more than anything they can offer. Come summer, if a suitable offer comes in and he doesn't want to stay even if we offer him a new contract, then we should take it. If he continues the form he's in and doesn't get suspended again, that suitable offer would have to be around £80m worth of cash and players.Originally posted by Daffy Duck View PostAccording to some American newspaper, Real are looking to make a ridiculous offer in January (tons of cash + players). I know it's bull****, but what are your thoughts on this?
I don't think we should accept anything in January no matter how insane the offer is, how about next summer?

I know Suárez really well. He used to live in the next house to me and, whenever I’ve met him, he’s always been really nice.
Seems be the general consensus from anyone who knows him, but of course he’s really a rat faced cunt.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Should Suarez win the golden boot, which he should have last season too, that would be two world class seasons from him. With this brings competition among top clubs, therefore I wouldn't let go for anything less than £120m. And I'm not even kidding.
Redcafe laughed when I put 80m as his true (post Bale) value in the summer. Real should have coughed up 50m when they had us in a compromising position. Now we call the shots and he's worth double at least. One tit for another.

Wouldn't sell him at any price to be honest.
We're not skint and we won't be able to replace him with anyone better.
Hopefully we'll finish top four this season and he realises how much he loves it here. Then he signs a contract extension and we win the league next year.
