Ian Ayre was in Barcelona not a month ago. Suarez, his lawyer, his agent and his pet labrador have been showing a bit of thigh all summer. Sure, there's nothing concrete, but the breadcrumbs lead to Spain.
Careful dude, Hansel & Gretel fell for that one too.
You're right, apart from one pretty major ingredient in this saga. Time.
Say Barca flog Sanchez to someone else and drag the Suarez transfer out until deadline day, getting replacements in will be almost impossible. Until they meet the valuation, this saga will not end. It could drag into the next window even.
If he's going, get shot as soon as possible so that the club can move on and plan for next season rather than having this cloud overshadowing everything.
Not so sure about that, last year we gave a deadline well in advance of the window shutting to pay up or **** off. I suspect we will do the same this summer.

I can't remember but it was a couple of weeks before the deadline closed. We definitely told Madrid to make an acceptable offer by a certain date or we would not be doing business at all.
The whole thing appears to rest on Alexis Sanchez. If he doesn't want to be part of it I can't see how Barca will be able to afford him. And the longer this drags on as they try to haggle on price the less likely it is we'll sell him because we won't have time to replace him, same as last summer.
He's not going to Barcelona as they can't afford him, so only club left is Madrid.
A lot of sweeping statements from you recently. Is living in this wonderful country with this wonderful weather having some sort of strange effect on you?

Luis going nowhere, LFC happy to let Uruguay appeal ban
Don't know why LFC wouldn't want to appeal against decision that punishes club but maybe it's one way of club being seen not condoning behaviour by supporting any action taken against him?

We have no right of appeal. Any challenge would have to be a legal one through the courts.
