Was just reading Alex's post about Sammy Lee keeping the boot room mentality alive.
This isnt meant to be having a go at Alex but it just got me thinking.
The bootroom only succeeded because it had the right people. It wasnt the room or anything mythical it was having the right people and a good succession plan. Success breeds success sort of thing.
We dont need an actual room its from a different era. Also not sure what a boot room mentality is? Just more backward looking from us as fans. the scum have overtaken us for many reasons one of them is as a club they looked forward and we looked back.
