Nothing really...I suppose for some of us he was just an extremely average/****e cockney footballer, West Ham through and through. I have absolutely no insight or idea about his coaching credentials, I'm just struggling to get past Keen the ****e footballer...difficult to envisage him as anything other than a typically British handclapper who shouts things like "CLEAR YOUR LINES!" and "HIT LES". Again I realise this is unfair and he's probably very good. Welcome Kev
