That'll change as soon as we get rolled by some bottom of the table dross.

        But I can't wait either
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I think they're quite sexy actually. You do know what they are don't you Dom?

I dont like that we are going on this tour of Asia. I know it makes money, but couldn't we just stick to our low key European build up.

never been a real fan of our low key euro tour build up. always show our games pre season on channel 5 and i cant help but htink even for a pre season we deserved better than some ****ty 5,000 seater stadium in the austrian outback. i like that we are going somewhere that we have millions of fans and will get to play in a more deserving / competitive / bigger stadium with more fans etc....
People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

It's a necessity for revenue which we badly need if we are to get back to the top of English (and European) football. I'd rather play high profile friendlies in Asia or America than play in some European backwater as we seem to have done over recent years.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Gerrard not going to Asia, he did say a while back he was 4 or 5 weeks from playing so hopefully not to far away once that tour is done.

                      Deleted.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

But surly pre-season is about building up fitness and not playing high profile games. It is in my mind anyway. Money talks I suppose.

But its not like were playing top class opposition though, It's just having alot of people going to a friendly instead of a few thousand.

The two can easily go together, the players need training and pre-season games, it doesn't really matter where these occur. If we can get some extra money for better players then surely it's a good thing. These games usually take place early in pre-season so we don't have jet-lagged players or anything more to worry about when the season starts. Rising our profile in these huge markets has to be a good thing, I can't really see any negatives for doing it.

                              That music was dross.

Why do they have to put music over everything FFS.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
