What expectations do you have on the coming season?

We should of course aim for the title but it isn't realistic to go from missing the CL two seasons in a row to title winners in one season.

My expectation is a top four place and that we play better than we have done the last couple of years. I want us to be a team that is frightening to play against at Anfield and a tricky team to play against in the away games.

I want to see that we have a plan B and a plan C if we need it.

If we challenge for the title then that is a bonus. A lot of happy players and smiles would be excellent to see.

I also of course expect Kenny to continue to enjoy himself in the interviews when he make fun of the journalists and win the mental battle time after time against Fergie. That always make me smile and laugh.

to firstly, start playing some attractive/exciting football with hard work and consistency.

We should be looking to concentrate all efforts on the 38 league games, and ultimatley finishing top 4. I want to see us involved and in the mix at the business end of the season - i'd rather us say finish 7th but there is only 6 points seperating 1st and 7th, so therefore it's an unbelievably competitive and tight league and we've challenged - than finish say 5th but 20+ points of the pace

If we go on a cup run well thats' an added bonus

It all depends on who we sign - if we sign a decent left back and downing and then maybe one other 'suprise' I will be expecting a top four finish.

If we start the season short though, I think 5th or 6th - anything worse would be a disaster.


In our favour is atm, spurs and arsenal both appear to be having a bit of a wobble and the wheels coming off a wee bit

With the current situation I believe we can finish 3rd or 4th although I of course would like to aim higher .

I believe we can beat Arsenal to that spot, and I'm not convinced that city will be able to push much higher than this season.

Top 4 should be the minimum, obviously I'd like us to win the league, but I think that's too much to ask. I would expect us to make the top 4 though, and would be disappointed if we didn't.
