    Peaceful times

This coming season I am feeling more confident about everything than I have for such an incredibly long time. I don't know if we will challenge for the league or get in the top 4 but everything just feels right.

It's not about our transfers, Kenny, youth coming through and good ownership although obviously these elements help, my main reason is that the combination of these factors seems to have put us at complete peace. None of our players are being tapped up nor are there bids coming in unsettling things, everyone is smiling and extremely positive and we suddenly seem a team going somewhere. We have a great manager, transfer funds and a team bursting for the season to start and this plus many other factors seems to make everything so relaxed and forward thinking.

I wouldn't wish to be any other football fan right now and the lack of European distraction will do us massive favours.

I think Craig's positivity has inspired me.

    Anyway onwards and upwards!

To me it's like this recession, we're supposed to be out of it by now. But then you see the all the cleg nut wages this club has to pay for sub standard service, I just feel we're lumbered with a bloated staff bill.

I think I've just depressed myself now. Time to hit the back of the drinks cabinet and distill down what ever I find into crystal form.

It's a very short term problem mate and not something that will happen to us again. If we get them off the wage bill great, if we get a fee even better but if not we take it on the chin and let their contracts expire and set a new wage and recruitment process. Chin up

No worries fella. I agree, it's just a matter of time. After the last 18months I'm still a little acerbic to it all.

              Bollocks!!!

Are you saying you prefer a summer where we dont have **** going on? Where we dont have Torres/Gerrard/Pwen/Fowler about to leave, or the club about to go bust?

              **** that.

Its the one thing i really can depend on to moan about, the one thing than never disappoints. We win the CL, and next thing Gerrard is leaving. We get new investment, Torres buggars off. Thats the status quo.

Mark my words. something will come up. We can be one weekend away from the title, and you can guarentee there will be an alien invasion... or something.

And I would not have it any other way. There is something addictive about biting your nails so low you fingers bleed. Thats why I dont need to watch any soaps. LFC provides me with enough drama.

Things stay like this, I may need to buy some nail scissors.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.
