Speculating here of course but perhaps he's suing the club. Or something.

Get the impression from Doni's comments that it's either a contractual dispute: i.e. he's not been paid something he thinks is due/ he's been prevented from leaving the club OR it's a disciplinary issue relating to his employment.

The upshot is that he is refusing to return to work OR the Club are excluding him.

Whose to say? Although the fact that none of the parties will publically discuss the facts of the matter suggests that it will be, or is being, litigated.
