What I don't understand from that rumour, did he take the test risking a hart attack without the club being aware of any problems or was the test taken because of known problems?

I think they all get tested these days don't they? Reading between the lines it sounds like they did a routine test to stress the heart through exercise and monitor the results and he had a cardiac arrest during the test.Originally posted by Fernandinho View PostWhat I don't understand from that rumour, did he take the test risking a hart attack without the club being aware of any problems or was the test taken because of known problems?

There is such a thing as confidentiality about someone's health so maybe it's that.
Would you want it spread all over the internet that you've got mange?.
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

It's a catch-22 really - while I agree that medical conditions should be kept between "employer" and "employee" (to be cold and clinical about it) I think Liverpool have a responsibility not only to the wider football world but to Doni himself. If it's true - he's in no fit state to be playing football and, as stated above, I'm sure he'll come to see that this has been done with his best interests at heart... no pun intended.
