I retract my comments about Adam, looked very composed and did his job, didn't waste the ball either with too many Hollywood balls, looks like our midfield is sorted for the season, attack as well, only need to beef up the defence a bit though.

I've felt, fairly consistently, that we dont have enough creativity or spark going forward, and this game has done nothing to change my mind.

Suarez aside, we're fairly blunt going forward.

I've echoed this fairly consistently too & agree on this occasion.

Good to see AC busting a gut to make the most of that mistake, looked pretty impressive in full flight, will be interesting to see how fast or slow he is, i've never really seen enough of him to know how he rates on that score, does he have a good enough burst of pace.

Got to confess - and don't ****ing slaughter me for it - but I don't get Jordan Henderson. Not yet anyway. Said before I've hardly seen him play so I accept I'm not very well informed, but from what I've seen so far I don't get him, what he's supposed to be or what he's supposed to do. The one thing that stands out is his 'engine' and how much running he gets through. Otherwise, I'm stuck (at this admittedly very very early stage).

100% with you on this. As i said the other day, i dont know what he actually does.

Not writing him off or criticising him, i just dont really know what function he fulfils and what he brings to the side.

I think 90% of lfc fans are the same tbh.

Good result against a good team even though the first goal was a major defensive mistake and Soto's goal was offside. Add Suarez to the team and I think we're a pretty good side. Without Suarez there seems to be a lack of 'magic', i.e. no confidence we can score via skill/good play as opposed to our opposition screwing up for us to score. Suarez is the only player currently who gives me confidence we can score at any time.

Not too keen when Adam is in our penalty box - should of been 2nd penalty (hand ball) due to him in a few games.
