Yup, only gripe in an otherwise excellent performance. Scoreline should be higher.

Would be nice to have another goal, have that 2 goal cushion.

Good half, we played well. Adam looks like an excellent player, good vision and sees the early pass which was missing to our game. He needs to be more consistent though, does have some lapses in concentration from time to time. Other than that we've been good, Carroll has been used well and Suarez with his fantastic movement off the ball has been the pick of the bunch from us.

I think attacking the Kop, we could rack up a decent score in the second half. Then again, we'll probably give away a soft goal and make it hard for ourselves.

If he can add goals / better shooting to his arsenal he will be a hell of a midfielder, not that he isnt already.

Carroll gives us so much space with his presence alone. Players are **** scared of Suarez too.

Must say, very satisfied thus far. Even though there are a few areas which can be highlighted for improvement, I think it's good as there's something then to work towards in as it's still early. Nothing like peaking too early. New signings look good and everyone has a spring in their step. Best possession football we've played in some time.

Today you could see what Kenny was trying to do, of the new boys Adam and Downing have been great, Henderson and Enrique have been quieter but solid

he says that Suarez was going away from goal, which may be true but he has to in order to go around the keeper, it was a goal scoring opportunity
