A few people have said Adam should take them. Am I the only who thinks Kuyt should take them when he's on the pitch? Seriously when he steps up I have so much confidence that he's gonna stick it in the back of the net. He has a 100% record.

We have plenty of good penalty takers fortunately.
I think Suarez used to take them for Ajax (not sure of his record) so it was understandable he jumped in ahead of Adam, especially being a striker.
But if Dirk's on the pitch he deserves to be first choice.
My order would be:
Dirk
Gerrard
Adam
Suarez
We'd be looking good if we do ever have a penalty shoot-out with those lot

Kuyt first choice no doubt - fearless 'taker.
I'd have Adam as second choice with Gerrard third. Suarez took a horrible one, he's bottom of the list.
