The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
@Joey7Barton
I hope every relevant footballer on here uses their influence, to highlight this cause. Its ur duty, to a game that has given us all so much
Not a single tweet from any current LFC players regarding it. Even Xabi and Yossi have retweeted the link
Odd that our players haven't though

Maybe Lucas,Kuyt, Reina etc & Suarez certainly don't feel it is their "place" to tweet asking the fans to sign. Maybe they think it shouldn't take a reminder from them for a fan to sign the thing. And they'd be right. Put yourself in their position, it's an emotional subject they maybe don't feel comfortable with. I think Yossi just tweeted saying he'd signed. Nothing more. I'm personally not reading anything at all into this.
I have one word to offer - honesty. I couldn't be devious if I tried. Joe Fagan.
Well Kenny was one of the first people to mention it so I would say that's unlikely.
Have our current players been tweeting lately anyway?
Not as much as normally but still.
What is strange is that lots of them were sent tweets directly to support this initiative by some reputable people (bensmith, evans, barrett etc.) and none so far got involved.
