Four points from six in our first two games - didn't expect one against Sunderland and three away to Arsenal, but I'm quite happy! We are like a new team and we will get better. Great performances from everybody today. Although Arsenal had a lot of problems with injuries and suspensions they will always be a very tough side to beat and we dominated them today. Kenny's gameplan worked, if we'd brought Suarez on in the second half against Sunderland I'm convinced we would have six points now.

It's great to have Kelly back in the side, we seem much stronger with him at right back. Lucas was back to his best today. The thing that impressed me most today was our desire to fight for possession, not many teams will control the game at the Emirates. Superb performance from everybody - really chuffed tonight!

Lucas' contribution to the 2nd goal was brilliant too - great awareness and composure to find Meireles and play him in.

Cleverly done as well, waited and waited and drew all the defenders towards the ball to create the space

Just catching up with Match of the Day and seen Kelly's effort again, didn't realise it hit the outside of the post, great effort.

Also Adam's pass to Downing (shot was saved by Chesney) was sublime.

Think people should remember that Henderson has only just turned 21, we bought potential and you only have to look at the improvement in Lucas to hvae great hope for the future.

I think he shows wisdom beyond his years in his game and cant think of to many 21 year old midfielders who show such composure and have such an engine

I think it will be a few years before we see the best of Carroll.

I wouldn’t be his biggest fan, but I do think some of the criticism he is receiving is a bit OTT.

And this

I can understand some of the concern about Carroll, we definitely overpaid by a huge amount for him (but then Chelsea overpaid us by at least the same for Torres) but he's still very young and really only has had 1 1/2 seasons of first team footy at any level behind him. If (and its quite a big if) he gets his head down, works on his all round game etc and retains his confidence, I still think in time he'll be a genuinely dangerous weapon for us up front.
