It's all part of learning though. It's like when I have a child i know it'll fall and hurt itself at some stage and if it doesn't I'll trip the ****er up occassionally to keep it on it toes.

I just think we're not at the level to take risks at the moment. We need to get back into the top 4 and at the top level one mistake will cost us, and he's making a few each match. He doesn't look confident and his concentration seems very suspect which is why a loan deal at a championship side might do him the world of good.

Players like Kelly seem to take it on the chin, Flannagan needs a lot more development and I'm not sure we're the right place for it as there's so much at stake.

When he first went down, I thought he first reached for his collar bone rather than his shoulder, so I was somewhat relieved when they mentioned shoulder dislocation.
This is not good.

Nothing close to that........a few weeks to 1-2 months depending on the break would be my reckoning.
Can be dicey though if it don't heal the way you want, as it can be constant aggravation
