I take it you chose option 3, Will?

Me too. We seem to generally have a 'first 11' in mind and people are rested/rotated

Erm yeah..I got home last night and fell asleep, woke up really late this morning. Didn't really have a choice in the end

So the Cahill rumour was wrong then
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.

Looks like it. I thought surely as one of their best players he was always going to play today.

I think that's a decent team, to be honest I'm surprised Carroll has been dropped/rested, perhaps it's because of the knee, and the fact he's not fit yet?

                        Yeah..not bad.
No way Carroll should have been starting after the other night, but he's still an option off the bench.

Hmm...same could be said for Kuyt at the moment, there isn't much between them.

As a pairing though, Kuyt and Luis look far more effective.
Carroll looks to be carrying a bit of an attitude at the moment, I wouldn't have started him either. He can come on and show what he's worth.

I think it's good it stops people becoming complacent, hopefully it will keep everyone on their toes and show them that they have to fight for their place.
