Adam has got a fantastic eye for the killer pass as good as Alonso'esque. He repeated it later on with another fantastic pass which nearly led to a penalty for us.

Lucas' tackling in the first half was as clean as a whistle. Stupendous!

We're playing well. Bolton aren't playing at all. The first 5 in the second half are hugely important, need to keep the tempo up and hopefully get a second.

Suarez FFS bottles his 1v1's a bit too much for my liking. Terrific player tho

show boats on one on ones. I feel dirty knocking the bloke as he's so good. I remember he used to miss a fair few for Ajax too, he's like our kenny/beardo but a real clinical finisher paired with him would be unplayable. a rush, aldo, fowler and dare I say Torres of 3 years ago.

Made up for Henderson, feel sorry for Downing as his original volley had goal written all over it. Literally.

First half musings:

1/ How fluid are we when we attack?
2/ Some beautiful one touch triangles in the centre of the park.
3/ Suarez's movement is quality. Imagine if he was clinical in front of goal.
4/ Lucas has been aces.
5/ Why do our full backs insist in standing off players?
6/ Would love to have that ruthlessness kick in soon, I imagine it will come with minutes.
7/ Kenny's celeb.

And those for those who get confused, there are no traces of negativity in my post.

If only we played like that when Carroll was on instead of looking for the long ball into him all the time

we did against city last season. it'll just take time to integrate him into the team. take kuyt off and stick carroll on for last half hour. goal.

Kuyt has been majestic as well, his movement and intelligence in bringing people into play has been brilliant.
