Eden hazard is the only one that would go straight into the team right now IMO as we need another speedy winger - and I'd take him over Goetze! And at that, it could take hime a while to settle in. M'vila or Lucas... Lucas all day long. Tried and tested. The rest...

I think another creative player will become a priority. I think our CM options lack depth unless Henderson moves that way - in which case we need to bring in a wide player. Either way a bit more guile is a must long term.

I see Reece's point too about the utility of an upgrade on Spearing. I think a disciplined CM would allow us to cover both Lucas and Adam which would make such a player more likely to get games.

I guess until January a number of young players will get opportunities to show what they can do as backups and hopefully Spearing continues his progress and reduces our need for new players.

Imo M'vila, Martinez, Goetze, Hazard and/or Lavezzi could go straight in our first team.

Can't argue with any of them. I would have taken 3 of those this winter and summer over 3 in our squad at the moment.

Martinez, Hazard, Griezmann. 75m would have done it and spare change.

We do need another central defnder thou. Next Year, Agger, Skrtel, Coates, ?? .

Carragher as a general back up on a one year deal.

I think from now on in, the management will Only look for quality in all the transfer windows and it will be one in each area of the team, defender, midfielder, attacker.

Would love to see Cavani join us to link up with Suarez. Really like having two Uruguayans and their team is so good I wouldn't mind having another quality one.

Also we are missing a creative, attacking, flair player. Someone like Goetze or Hazard to give us an extra spark and to get the crowd going.

Assuming:-

1. We finish in the top 4
2. Agger still has injuries
3. Coates does well
4. Cahill doesn't sign a contract extension or moves in Jan

Next summer I would go all out for:-

1. Hazard (for right wing)
2. Subotic (CB)
3. Cahill (CB, on a free)

If we signed the above I would sell Agger, Skrtel and Maxi and look to promote someone from the youth team to back up Downing and Hazard out wide.
