If we are looking for scapegoats then Carroll isn't anywhere near top of the list.

How about Dalglish getting the formation wrong?

Adam with a couple of clugging tackles?

Or worst still Skrtel, with his reckless, headless chicken display?

More than that I dont think there is a player today that could hold their heads up

We got caught in possession/stupid areas time and time again

We werent first to any second balls

Our decision making (in terms of tackling was terrible)

Even players who have looked decent this season (Downing, Suarez & Enrique) were shocking today

I wont be calling for anyones head based on this and anyone judging this game outside of isolation isnt doing themselves any favours
