Enjoying this, obviously weaker opposition but I love the one/two touch passing and moving. Suarez, Kuyt, Bellamy and Maxi are a fantastic little quartet - hope we see more of them in the more meaningful games.

Suarez, Kuyt and Maxi linked up so well towards the end of last year. Would like to see them have a run of games together again.

i dont think suarez has been bought because he is clinical (he isnt) but his movement and desire and unpredictability gives us soo much. Not sure we need a torres at his peak but we do need someone who can score their fare share.

I think this is precisley the game we need after Sunday. It's a good chance for the squad to go knocking at the door. Especialy as Henderson hasn't settled in yet.

I think these players, especially the locals coming to the end of their careers, would love to win a trophy under Kenny, even this one, and tbh, i would'nt mind seeing that either at the new Wembley, the new Wembley that LFC hasn't played in or won anything at yet.

As much as I love him,Suarez isn't clinical enough for us to win things unless he's in tandem with someone who is clinical and prolific.

Him behind an in form Torres would've been sublime.

49 goals in one season. That's clinical. Dutch league or not.

He's just a bit off colour wrt finishing off late. He will find his rhythm again

I know the Dutch league is a bit **** but you don't score 49 goals in a season without being clinical in any league. I'm not arsed anyway. It's his movement, pace & anticipation that created the first chance he had, and he was unlucky with the header.

thats my concern too. carroll will never be prolific either. mmmmmm drawing board.

Another reason why so many are frustrated with Carroll's start to his career,we need a prolific no 9 up there with Luis
