While we can't complain about a win, and this wasn't a 'bad' win, whatever that means, it was still somewhat disappointing in the context of recent games. The fans were hoping for a convincing performance, and I'm sure the players felt the same, but it wasn't very convincing. And the problems of previous games were still evident, only less damaging this time. Who gives a ****. First half we were great, second not so much. Is it a pattern? Not yet anyway. Better teams will punish us, but then i doubt we'd be that complacent against better teams. We still need someone to keep the ball and dictate the tempo in the middle but Gerrard is on his way back. Onwards and upwards
