    ****ing snaggle should have been sent off but the ref didn't want to feel the heat from bacon face. We were by far the better team and defended **** for their goal. Frustrated is an understatement we should have won by 3 goals atleast with the chances.

    ****ing spurs are now only 2 points behind with 2 games in hand.

      I thought that was a dive by Adam thoguh? A very obvious one.
      I think that we were the better team and I'm disappointed that we only got a point, but the better display in the second half is encouraging.

      Downing though... I have never liked him, I was very disappointed when we bought him, and I'm still waiting and hoping he'll prove me wrong.

        As brilliant a player as Suarez is, we need a goalscorer, too many times this season hes missed gilt edged chances that would have got us something out of games where weve lost or drawn.

        If he has one weakness its that hes not a natural finisher and id like to see one brought in in January to compliment the strikers we have, easier said than done i know

            Fergie sounding even more pissed than usual. Must have necked a quick bottle of scotch before that interview, can barely hold a sentance. I briefly thought he was having a stroke!

              We played much better in the second half but I'm surprised we didn't bring on Bellamy and Carroll. I would have taken off Downing and Suarez.

                Ah **** man. I enjoyed Ferguson's interview there. Now I'm going to have to go and kill myself.
                A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

                  Suarez' finishing is poor. There, I've said it.

                  He scores goals because he's top class, but if his finishing was good, he'd have a Messi-esque goalscoring record.

                    It was good to have Gerrard back, he had a good game today, Adam too played well, as did Henderson when he came on. I thought Downing didn't do much for the first 80mins, but did his best stuff in the last 10 mins maybe because he had more space with Man Utd trying to win it.

                    Not been mentioned, but I thought Kelly did well to keep Young quiet. Skrtel did well apart from the slip for the goal, Enrique had another great game.

                    Suarez was great but isolated at times and unlucky not to get at least one goal, Kuyt was also unlucky not to score at the end.
                    The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                            suarez is the most skilfull player we've had since Barnes. But most of his goals are instinctive finishs, the ones with time or where a choice has to be made he usually comes up short. him and carroll will be good given time.

                              We should have won that, these missed chances are killing us, several points dropped because of this.

                              Thought Gerrard,Adam & Suarez were stand out, Carra and Enrique excellent too. Result is ok but i'm left slightly dissapointed as IMO we were much the stronger team and had several clear cut chances.

                              Typical they got a spawny goal in last 10 mins, Skrtel lost Chicarito, apart from that United done nothing. We really need to start converting these chances, it's very frustrating.

                              Lucas looked absolutely knackered, we were much better when he came off, been saying for while now Hendo should be used in a bit part role, get some confience into him. Done well when he came on IMO, maybe should have put header away but at least was there to make something happen.
