Bellamy starting over Carroll is a big decision. Kuyt over Henderson a bit less so, though I thought Henderson would start.

Interesting to see how Adam/Gerrard as a midfield 2 goes.

Kelly must have picked up a knock of some kind cause he would have been at least on the bench ahead of Flanagan.

Carroll not starting is a big surprise for me as well as Hendo only being on the bench.

We don't have a defensive mid in the lineup so I hope it works out.

Very, very attack minded team, which is great.

I'm somewhat disappointed with Carroll and Henderson on the bench. Feel this is their type of game. Gerrard and Adam in the middle is alright but Henderson could have given them a bit more balance in possession and Carroll could really give them problem if they sat deep.

Still good enough to win.

Good to see Johnson back, but Kelly must be injured or something as surely he'd be on the bench.

Sickener to see Kelly injured and again very worrying but delighted to see Johnson back. Would love to see him get a good run of games together and remind everyone just how good a player he is.
