Adam in a two-man midfield doesnt work. We had no presence in the middle for the last 20 minutes at all. Especially when Gerrard's only easing himself back. Was amazed he was left on with Henderson pushed wide.

And we really need to take our chances. We could have five up and we end up dropping points. Same story for the last 20 years.

Not sure whether it's the formation or the players, but there seems to be acres of space for the opposition to do whatever they want. Terrible showing in the second half.

i am beginning to wonder about the management. not a lot like, but the seeds have been planted.

not sure what we've been thinking in the transfer market nor in the matches when subs need to be made. if this isn't proven to be premature doubts soon, then i will really start to wonder if we've made the right choices when hiring staff.

Feel the 442 means we don't have enough control in the centre of the pitch.
We lack players who can score.
Some of our new players are simply not good enough.
Our substitutions are uninspiring and not done quickly enough.
Our use of players makes me wonder at times.

Jeezus, you put Carroll on after you've taken off our threat down the flanks!!!! I could understand taking Downing off, push Kuyt out wide with Carroll up top. I'd even excuse Henderson coming on for Gerrard. But Agger??? WTF???

Kenny was an idiot not to put Carroll in the starting line up. He's managed to do in 10 minutes what Kuyt wouldn't be able to do in a lifetime.

If Suarez is going to be our main goalscorer, we're going to be in trouble. If he could finish, he'd be Messi minus the pace.

Reina cost us another two points. We have so few shots against us, but the percentage going in is too high. I don't think there's a lot missing, we just need to show some ****ing composure. Suarez is his own worst enemy, by his constant diving and moaning and his lack of finishing ability he's letting himself down.

I was fine with Hendo and Carroll coming in but to take Bellamy and Downing out I couldn't get that.

Very disappointing but that's what happens when you don't convert your chances.
