Once they scored, we seemed to lose confidence and the belief we had up until that point. They were the better side for a while then and looked more likely to get a second goal. The last 10 mins or so were better and we had some great chances to score and should have won it, but again we didn't take them.

On paper we should have alot of goals in the team but we have problems translating that onto the pitch, I think there is a problem with the way we are set up. We struggle against teams we should beat, Norwich, Sunderland, Stoke etc
The reason were were dominant in the first half, was that they played like full beamed startled bunnies. Something the manager clearly got into their heads at half time. After that they pressed up the pitch and won the midfield battle, then scored, and looked like getting more.

That midfield was an accident waiting to happen, especially with our centre backs.

Their defence were extremely well disciplined, and had done their homework against long balls from Reina. Sure they rode their luck in the first half, but they certainly pulled it together in the second. And that ref was going to give us nothing from soft touches on our players, who went down way too easily.

I'm also very concerned with how we set up from corners. I got used to zonal marking and it's light years ahead of what we're doing now. Skrtle is losing his man far too easily.

****ing hell you miserable cunts, we're in the top 6, 9 games in, we are creating loads of chances. I'm gutted, but its not the end of the world. no one in the world seems to understand the word patience. i blame myself for the draw, i woke up excited and got the wife to wank me off, yet i couldn't climax. if my cock is missing chances then I know it's going to be a bad day, either that or its broken.

Harsh, I know we should be 6 points clear at the top of the league but still, harsh.

Boston Red Sox sacked their legendary manager so they won't keep a manager only because he is a legend. If the results isn't good enough then he may very well be sacked.

As I already said. I want him to succeed of course so I don't want to hear that I want him sacked and replaced by Rafa.

I want Kenny as our manager the next 10+ years. Then I'm
doubt it arn ......the owners will state the money spent on downing, carroll and henderson and look at what it has yielded ? so far nothing ......unless results pick up drastically and those players start performing they won't waste more money ....... it was a difficult desicion kenny caretaker manager till the end of the season and or keep him or replace him ? who's to say he won't turn it around but i don't think he will.

Another thing, the referee was ****, some awful decisions and he missed alot of fouls
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I don't agree. I think a top four place this season is more or less a must or we will be left a mountain to climb.

A third season in a row without CL football would be a disaster. If we want to sign the best players and compete for the title then CL football is a must.

How many games since he arrived have we really played great football both in attack and defence? Not that many.

The problem as I see it is that he make the same mistakes again and again. You can't afford to be stubborn. You must adapt.

They know **** about football, and are relying on Kenny/Commoli and co to lead them imo.

Many players playing out of position and that simply won't work.

I'm far from convinced yet that Kenny is the right man for us. We already got proof that we can't dominate the midfield playing 4-4-2 and still Kenny is doing it. Why? It happened in game after game.

We dominated against Man U but then we played three in the middle.

The squad isn't built to play 4-4-2. Fine play it when we have the players to do it but not when we don't.

Why all the crosses with no Carroll on the pitch? We played like Carroll was on the pitch when he wasn't. Very strange.

Legend or not, the bucks stop with the manager.

I want Kenny to stay a long time make no mistake about that but he must play a system that suits the players and not a system that suits him.

I hope that Kenny can admit that he make mistakes in the transfer market when a player isn't good enough, like Downing, and sell him. Carroll is beginning to look like another big transfer mistake but that isn't his fault because he isn't given a fair chance. A player like Downing is given chance after chance even if he hasn't delivered a single goal or assist.
Do you not think a player should be given at least a season to work out if he's good enough or not rather than just a handful of games?

On your reckoning about Downing then Kenny should probably go too seeing as he hasn't got us out of sight in the league after the same handful of games

Kenny is going nowhere, talk of that is well premature at this stage. He has made mistakes like any other manager and hopefully will learn he is not the messiah, things weren't miraculously gonna change and will take time.

But we have a long way to go, we really do.
