I'd prefer a win against City than a win against Chelsea in the carling cup if I had to choose. Hopefully we can win both but that'll be a big ask. League should be the first priority though.

Results went our way yesterday... If we win we will be right back up there

If we could get aa win today it would be massive, Chelsea and Arsenal both then have City coming up before Xmas which will obvioulsy be very tough games for them and a chance if we can get a result to get a little bit of a gap from them.

It would be great with a win today, our confidence would soar after beating two top-3 teams within a week, and give us a lot coming in against the easier games coming. And considering Spurs keep winning, we really need the points, and we still have Chelsea up there and an unbeaten Van Persie team.

It will be difficult, and I'm really really nervous about this one. Our defence have thankfully been good as of late, and we need that more than in any other game against the city attack.

heart says win, head says draw, I'll be happy with either tbh. They're the best side in the league by some distance now, that's what a billion buys you I guess. They're far from unbeatable though, as we proved last season and Napoli did this week.

Lets hope they're suffering from a European hangover and we put in our performance of the season so far.

Wonder if Bellamy will be involved now. Him and Speed might have hated eachother for all we know but if they were close he might not be in the right frame of mind for this one. Guess we'll see.

Doesn't Bellers captain the national team under him?

Think there's a chance we'll not see him today.

They have been unbelievably lucky as of late.

They could've easily go down yesterday if Brunt didn't miss the sitter at 1-1 (could have also had a couple penalties that were never called) but I cannot see them keeping up this type of run too much longer.

                      Difficult question.

He and Gary had been very close and his death will undoubtably have an impact on him.

That said, there are plenty of examples in sport where players continued to compete after passing of their loved ones or people they were close to and had "the game of lifetime" type of performance.

We need him and it would be a terrible blow if he is not available today.

And I am going to speculate that Bellamy probably has the mentality to be the type of guy to go out and have the game of his life for him.

                          I think so too.

I can see him go and leave his heart out there, if he gets the chance to play, and dedicate his performance to Gary.

I think Bellamy will want to play for Gary Speed tbh and do his upmost in his memory
