Are Kenny's quotes aimed at Carragher?

In the first ten minutes he already had the Chelsea defence unsettled with his clever movement in behind the defence and that set the tempo for the rest of the half. He could possibly have drawn a couple of fouls on another day or maybe made more of the chances if a bit match sharper, but he had the defence worried from the start.

    I thought he played well.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

      It's obviou.

          These words probably are though

"Carra has only been back a week after his calf injury," said Dalglish. "He's an important part of this football club and of this squad, now and going forward. He knows that and we know that.

"We know what he's done for the football club. The respect and admiration he has here from myself and everyone else connected. He understands."

If a player is scoring goals he can have whatever kind of games he wants to have. Goals win football matches, splitting hairs does not.
