    Craig Bellamy returns to the Liverpool starting XI for tonight's Carling Cup quarter-final tie at Chelsea - listen live online from 7.40pm GMT.

    Jamie Carragher is also restored to the side at Stamford Bridge, as are Andy Carroll, Maxi Rodriguez, Sebastian Coates, Jay Spearing and Martin Kelly.

    Liverpool: Reina, Kelly, Enrique, Carragher, Coates, Spearing, Lucas, Henderson, Maxi, Bellamy, Carroll. Subs: Doni, Suarez, Kuyt, Downing, Adam, Skrtel, Flanagan

                  That's a disgusting Chelsea team. If we don't beat them it will be pretty disappointing. They'll be looking to score from a set piece clearly. That midfield area is ours to own or give up.

                          I can see Torres scoring tonight. Scoring the odd goal in the league cup is just about his level now, just like Owen. The latter probably has a better scoring ratio these days.
