i think carroll needs a run of 15-20 games now to show wether he has any future at the club ............ no more 1 in 5 appearances needs to start as many games now as possible ..... we have £55million in 2 players who are not showing any kind of return

Our win record this season when Maxi starts is 100%. I think another stat is he has 10 goals in his last 8 starts in the league, although I may have misread that tbf.

Oh yes and I never said Maxi starting guaranteed us a win merely that our chances will increase if does. The facts back that up.

There's more chance of it being the space monkeys from Mars fixing premier league matches then it does to do with one player being the difference between winning every game or dropping points. Unless of course that player is truly world class, which for all Maxi's qualities he's never going to be.

His scoring streak may well be making it hard for Kenny to keep him out of the side. We'll see soon enough if he starts soon or not.

Maxi may not be world class but the fact of the matter is when he starts we play a better quality of football, score more goals and get better results. The last two points are facts, not opinion.

I think most LFC suporters agree that when Daniel Agger plays our back 4 is calmer and more organised, I'm fairly sure there are stats that prove we concede fewer goals when Agger starts.
