Just a thought re: our finishing. I'm not sure who it is who's coaching this and this suggestion may be a bit silly, but how about getting Fowler and Rush back for a bit to do some part time coaching? Robbie did some coaching work up at Bury and what that lad doesn't know about scoring isn't worth writing. Meh, it's an idea. Happy for 3pts today

We were soft as **** in the center defensively and we did not press as hard or fast.

We did for 75mins, then they had a 15min spell which we saw out pretty comfortably, dont see how thats being blinkered.

It was a last 5minutes possession stat, excuse me if that doesnt make me think the whole 90 was rubbish and Adam and Henderson were useless.

I havent said whats better, but your "everything is perfect when Lucas plays" take is misguided.

If you pay attention to things that I post you would see that I said they played well offensively and imo not so much defensively especially in the last 20 minutes.

There were big holes left right in between 2 of them and our back 4 that any other decent team would have explored much better.

You can sugar coated any way you want to but Hendo doesn't know how to press properly and stay on the player (did play some really good defensive headers, which I haven't seen much from him before) as he is constantly trying to play zone defence and that is causing issues as he is backing off when he should be coming closer to stop the pass etc.

In terms of Lucas, I made no reference to him as it was you who brought him in this discussion but now when you did let me say it doesn't require a genius to realize that not having him around is a big blow.
