Going back to Suarez though; the majority of the tine he looks in so much control it makes you wonder why his composure deserts him in front of goal.
Because his game isn't all about scoring. We need a poacher to benefit from his workrate and creativity.
    Are we winning?

We need to get ourselves sorted before we start worrying about what the teams around us might do.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

        Hence my first paragraph.

However, it doesn't stop a player who retains control of the ball in the most incredible positions, to suddenly have a touch that snatches at the ball.

Goalscorer or not, you think a player of his technical ability would at least work the keeper by at least hitting the target, instead of screwing it wide.

Absolutely. As mentioned, we need nine points from nine and build on that for a good festive period. Come January, we can then look where we're at and take it from there. Going by memory February and/or March are a difficult set of fixtures.

Think it's because we are a bit edgy in front of goals which makes us snatch at chances. Composure comes with less pressure. We are trying too hard.

Didi's on goals on Sunday and our game is coming up after the break.

We're not unlucky in front of goal, we're poor in front of goal.

Frustrating, but something that can be quickly fixed.

Problem is I don't think Kenny will want to undermine Carrol by bringing in another striker.

Of course we're unlucky, do you think that our strikers are incapable of scoring? They're just not getting that bit of luck that all strikers need when things aren't going their way. There are so many variables associated with playing football, we have good quality players who can and will score more goals - they just need a bit of luck!

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Liam Brady was saying on RTE last night, and he's right, that we're looking at RvP doing so well with all his goal-scoring at the moment...............but in reality, Suarez should be on the same level with the chances he gets, and that get created for him.

Can see United catching up with City looking at those fixtures
City's fixtures are reasonably easy compared to United

                            nothing less than 9 points
Think we'll be okay in the last 2, we tend to drop points against the medium **** but Blackburn and Wigan are **** **** not that theres much difference!

Villa is the big one and Arsenal wont be winning next weekend so its vital we catch up while they get Man City away out of the way.

RVP's left foot is a wand though, like Stevie's right. Suarez does not have the same ball striking ability, hence missing chances. He is stronger in other areas but weaker in this regard. IMO!

Yes thats exactly what i think, that our strikers are incapable of scoring - despite them having already scored goals??!!??

It's unlucky if it happens occcasionally, more than bad luck if it consistently happens. And it is consistently happening - maybe they are all trying too hard.

It's like saying united are lucky for consistently scoring late winners.
