If we had scored the pens against Wigan and Sunderland we'd be 4 points better off, currently sat in 4th level on points with Spurs. And that's changing none of the other results. We're so **** in front of goal we've only scored 1 out of 5 pens this season

**** just got real. We need solid cover for Lucas and we need a good goal scorer. We are set after that.

Agree with this. We all know about the poor finishing but also today showed how much we miss Lucas or a proper holding player. Wigan had far too many long range attempts on goal and ran through our midfield too easily at times.

We need a central midfielder who can tackle,attack,pass and defend the back 4 as we really lack that with Hendo and Adam.

I don't think their keeper did much to be honest, all straight forward saves. not one amazing one. we just do not get enough players in the box. to be fair to dirk and downing, they had suarez to aim at. its obvious away from home we miss lucas, plus not having spearing either, it means adam is too deep. confidence seems so low. surely from the subs bench it'd be better to throw on a youngster who has no fear, pace to burn and lots of twists and turn, such as Sterling, for 10 minutes he could run the **** out of any premier league defender.

its frustrating but considering the pre match circus, its understandable that some of the players weren't at it. enrique never knows when to release does he? arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrh.
