Is it time to admit that I was right all along about Kenny Dalglish?

As you may know I posted that having KD back as manager would be a disaster?

Why? He is a man out of his time. His tactical nous last time was not great.

Most importantly of all the reputation of our great ever player and my childhood hero would be forever sullied.

It looks like I was right.

1:After 18 games we are already 14 points behind the leaders. Thus we are on target to be 30 points (at least) behind the league champions.

2:Anyone who thinks we will get a champions league spot is deluding themselves.

3:Awful out of date and inflexible tactics.

4:Only making substitutions about 70 minutes when anyone can see things are not working.

    5:Piss poor transfers.
Andy Carroll is the worst transfer in our history if not the history of the league.
Adam is not good enough of athletic enough for a team with Champions League ambitions let along a title chasing team
Henderson. Is one hell of a potential. But we needed to add quality to our first team squad not spend a large sum on a player who will be top drawer in 2-3 years.
Downing. Good but not great and worth nowhere near £20m

We have wasted over £60m on Carroll, Downing and Adam. That is simply shocking.

    6:Results
    Drawing at home to Sunderland.
    Losing away to Stoke,
    Being humiliated by Spurs
    Drawing at home to Norwich
    Drawing at home to Swansea
    Losing away to Fulham
    Drawing away to Wigan
    Drawing at home to Blackburn.

7:Anyone who thinks we will win the league under KD is deluding themselves.

8:Rafa would at the very least have guaranteed us Champions League football if he had £100m+ to spend.

Sadly I was right. This can only end very, very badly

No it's not time. It's there for all to see that we have made a lot of progress in terms of play and squad strength. We just need to inject a bit more of urgency in our play.

      You though are just wumming.

        Big mistake starting this thread.

You will be massively massively attacked for this, and rightly so.

You don't help yourself, you just look like your a WUM.

My only comment is no it is not time and I can only wish you didn't even start this thread.

          It's trully pointless.

                I knew this was coming

                My main three gripes are

                1) His piss poor transfer record
                2) His poor use of subs
                3) His insistent on playing the same failing players/having favourites - WTF does Maxi need to d0?
                We come not to play.

Nope not knee jerk. I have kept quiet on this since my thread when KD was going to be appointed.

                  It is starting to unravel.

Anyone who says we have improved quality is missing the point.

Improved since our lowest ebb and having to sell to keep the club afloat? Sure.

Have we improved £100m plus worth?

Nowhere near. We have squandered vast sums of money

The lack of intelligence from some of our supporters is ****ing embarrassing.

Mods – please close this thread.

I have my doubts about Dalglish too bro, but starting threads with the idea of proving you were right is pathetic if you ask me.

I hate resorting to name calling but on this occasion feel completely justified.

**** off you WUM. Really am sick and ****ing tired of your bile on this subject.

The answer is no. Despite all the moaning on here about us being ****, IMO the only real problem with this team is they don't take their chances. If we could finish the chance we create we could be up there with the two Manc clubs

We created enough chances to have won all the 6 home games we dropped points in, also we should have won at Stoke, Wigan and should have at least got a point at Fulham. That's extra 18 points we could have had were we able to take our chances, we would only needed to pick up 4 of them to be above Spurs in 3rd now, it's very fine margins.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
