There are some absolutely gorgeous players with the ball at their feet. Agger, GJ, Bellamy, Enrique, Suarez and now Gerrard. Even at Newcastle there's Arfa and Ba.

Don't want to risk Gerrard, and I think this game needs the quick interplay of Suarez, Bellamy and Maxi.

Hopefully Suarez can shake the Evra thing from his mind and get himself a couple of goals.

I thought Downing was probably our best player v Bburn. He was the one who looked most dangerous and always got to the bi-line. Bar poor finishing, he should've had a goal/assist. I'd keep him in the side. Not sure if Stevie is ready to start, he got less than 45 mins. I can see us starting like this, with Stevie coming on second half again. Think he'll start the City game.

Spearing and Adam in the middle with Gerrard in front of them. He is better from the start IMO,he has been out so long that it's probably more difficult to come into the side as a sub. Not optimistic about this one though. Think we'll lose.
