Hard to tell though judging by all the fan pics appearing in the press and I'd say it's quite feasible that he could have misheard..

Given the amount of members/ST holders who bought a ticket and sold it on, i'd be surprised if the person sat in the seat was the same as the person to whom the ticket sale is recorded.
