Liverpool FC vs Stoke City build up

OK, we won last night, next game is on saturday. i suppose maxi will start, bellamy on the bench. i'd put shelvey instead of adam or gerrard (need rest?). carroll has to start again. i'd put kuyt for this, downing benched.

btw, news about spearing? i hope he's OK.

anyway, it's going to be very hard game imo, but we're home so i think we can win this.. 1 or 2 nil shall do it

Kenny said in the post match presser that Jay said it was tight not torn but to wait till today to know more
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Stevie will probably start on the bench IMO. Shelvey , Adam & Henderson can handle the 1st 70 or so minutes

Think Gerrard will start again. He needs games now. He lasted the full 90 so why not 2 in a row. Bellemy will be on the bench. Hopefully Maxi gets on in his place.

It is odd that. Especially as Carroll keeps playing bizarrely deep. Surely someone to at least run into different areas would help the team (and Carroll if both played).

I think Carroll is coming on, he won almost every ball sent up to him, but there was nobody around him for the knock ons or guessing which way the ball was going to go, I feel sorry Carrol, hes not getting the service or is he getting the play from his team mates which will enable him to do his job which is score goals, everyone is complicit in this, him, his team mates and the Management staff, but he is looking better and better with each game so that gives me hope, I am prepared to give him the rest of this and next season, if he is still not clicking after that then time to draw a expensive line under it though I expect him to be a huge success with him finding gear by the end of this current season ... in many ways this whole Suarez saga may have worked out for everyones benifit in the long run

What's wrong with Henderson? He's a good player.

maybe, but i am still unsure what game he is good at... a good runner is not a good footballer

We should wun this comfortably. Stoke have been a bit fragile away.

But then I thought the same going into the Sunderland, Norwich, Swansea and Blackburn games
