I thought we played better in the last 30mins when Carroll came on he actually looked like he might cause them some problems by winning us a penalty, we just didn't create enough. We never looked like scoring today. For the first half it didn't even look as if we wanted to score.

Play Bellamy FFS - bull**** that he can't 'handle' 2 or 3 three games in a row - he doesn't tire any faster than any of our other players.

Hopefully FSG/JWH will wake up from all this moneyball rubbish.

Waste of money Carroll, Adam, Downing - certain several of our reserves/youth would have put in much better performances had they been given the same number of minutes at these three.

Very frustrating no creativity and Kuyt has had it imo , Kenny needs to hold his hand up too , very strange tactics in the first half Johnson was more central than gerrard , I am convinced that if Agger was fit he would have gone with a back 4 , Carroll = meh

Honest question.. Can you see the owners giving us any more money in the style of the summer? I'd be hesitant to considering what's gone on, they must have been expecting, like us, much, much better.

I blame King Kenny entirely for this **** up.

The decision to drop both Carroll and Bellamy and play Kuyt as a lone striker was quite incredible. Ridiculous. Diabolical.

Benitez tried it on many occasions without any success whatsoever and you have to be blind and deaf to not understand that it has never worked and it never will work. I cannot believe that we keep trying Dirk as a lone striker. What the **** Kenny. What the ****

And with evert game that passes I fear that my prediction that the status of the greatest player to ever play for us will end up tarnished.

****ing woeful attacking performance from us yet again. Someone said in the build up that the line up had 0-0 written all over it, and I thought at the time he was spot on.

If this performance doesn't persuade Kenny we need attacking reinforcements then nothing will.

I'm starting to despise watching Carroll play football. The amount of time he spend on the floor moaning is no joke. He's tripping himself up, getting in the way of shots, falling over. He needs a ****ing good talking to.

We've got the makings of a good team, but attacking wise we are just woeful. Sort it out Kenny for ****s sake. This is depressing ****.

without suarez in the team, it makes no difference whether carroll plays. we have not been recognizably better or worse with him on the pitch. just bad, regardless.
