I can't believe Bolton are playing such a high line; there is acres of space behind the centre backs and even more behind the full backs. Unfortunately, Reo Coker is dominating Adam, meaning we're over run in the centre of the park.

Henderson has gone wide right and Gerrard is trying to get us going from the back. Maxi is having a bit of a 'mare and lost Reo Coker for the second (I think) and I can't belive nobody filled in for Skrtel as he pushed out for the first.

Carroll and Bellamy linking up well is certainly a positive from this match so far.

I can't believe how poor we have been defensively, for all our problems this season we have mostly been defensively solid. I think we were missing a defensive midfielder in front of the back four, Lucas or (someone similar) would probably have prevented both their goals.

To be honest i'm surprised more teams haven't taken advantage of Lucas missing. Opposition teams can and should easily be getting through our centre.

If we fail to take advantage of other results yet again, there will be serious questions about when we will start to kick on. I think most of us are assuming that we will at some point, but it's getting towards crunch time imo.

That foul right at the end was an absolute joke from Adam. Clear, unnecessary foul right at the death and he has the nerve to claim "I never touched him". Liability at times he is.
