Dirk has to start, especially with Bellamy not being able to start. Might be shattered himself but Dirk was excellent last night.

Shelvey isnt a bad shout, defo need some fresh legs.

I'd also go with Maxi over Downing, freshen the front line up. I hope Bellamy could play though. Rest him against Wolves next week instead.

Who said Bellamy was unable to start. Is that official or just surmising because of the commonly held belief that he can only play one game per week?
"With Ron Yeats in defence, we could play Arthur Askey in goal."

People who think there's no good way to die have obviously never heard the phrase 'Drug-fuelled-sex-heart-attack'.

It's the man's own words that he cant do two in three days.

He was completely gone at the end, would be a bit of a miracle if he starts.

              So there you go
He always seems very lethargic to me. Maybe it's his style.

Keep the tempo up that we witnessed last night and we will ****ing destroy them. Only for their awsome goaly last night,it would have been a very big win.
It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

I'd keep Downing in, who are they likely to have playing RB? I can't keep up with who they actually have injured.

                    No idea actually.

I'd go with Maxi, offers so much more than downing.

Pains me to say it but Downing has to start on Saturday if Bellamy can't manage it. He's pretty much our only other offensive player with any kind of pace.

But he is so much less effective than Maxi and he doesn't use his pace anyway.

Maxi should start IMO. Obviously i'd rather he came in place of Downing but sure i can't see Bellamy starting again as much as i'd love that!

United do have a weakened team for sure. Nani injured is massive, not sure about Young or Jones, wouldn't believe a word Fergie is saying. This game is huge for them!

I agree, Maxi to start, with Kuyt and Downing as well, keep Carroll on the bench. Gerrard, Henderson and Shelvey in midfield, we'll have Carroll and Bellamy on the bench.
                            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Carroll to start in place of Bellamy.
Apart from that pick the same team.
Only change Bellers as I'm presuming that 3 games in 7 days is beyond him with his knee problems.
Man U have struggled against big centre forwards this season and they have less flair than City so we don't need to be so worried about them picking us off.
Kuyt always plays well against Evra, they haven't got an established right back and their main threat on current form will come from Valencia who Enrique will be able to deal with.

We'll be flying after last night's win
The King was back for a short while. Long live The King.

Evra was captai in the Suarez game, as he arguesd with the ref abbout winning the toss.

Change of Ref, Halsey ****in hates us........... Whiskey face has put on pressure there for sure.

I think Bellers may suprise a few people & play in this one; lets face it he is on a high
