                  Fantastic, we thrashed a **** team. I have no worries when playing against the big sides, it's losing to dross like this that does my head in. This win was more satisfying than beating the Mancs for me, and Carroll scored too, unbelievable day.

                    thought we played well last night - really pleasing result, always difficult after two massive games in quick succession, plus one or two players out/tired legs etc

                    i think we looked much better having Spearing in the middle, who gave us that bit of bite in the park - he covered the ground well and broke up any attacks they had

                    Enrique looked much better -

                    And that new striker we signed up to played well too

                    Kenny's bollocking seems to have paid off - 3 great results in a row.....spearing, gerrard, suarez coming back into the side - hopefully we can keep this going.

                    I am still not convinced we have enough atm for 4th - but if carrol starts scoring/assisting regularly who knows.

                    it's between us/arse/chelsea and for me it comes down to who can get their act together the most.

                      I thought we did alright, especially in the second half. First half, it looked a bit messy at times with no real structure. The second half was different. Spearing was a little terrier in there. Henderson's vision and ability to get into space was a joy to watch.

                      Dirk's fitness is starting to show. I think the lack of game time in the first half of the season will benefit him for the remaining games.

                      Enrique is such a good defender. Not convinced on his attacking exploits though (final third, delivery into the box. Made a great pass in the build-up to the goal.)

                          Some great stats from yesterday

                          @jeremy_LFC
                          Stats from last night: Jose Enrique, Martin Skrtel and Glendinho had 100% tackle win percentage. Agger won 100% of aerial duels

                          Also, Jay Spearing played the most passes (68), Jose Enrique was the most accurate passer (94.2%). Bellamy impressive again with 92%

                            Neil Young would have merged this thread yesterday.

                                What idiot was that btw? He gave him four? Our average was like we were on a losing side.
