Yes, Downing has offered little other than over hit or hitting the first man crosses, Maxi was at least in the box offering something v Bolton even if it didn't go for him.

I'm a big Maxi fan but he's been so poor the last few chances he's had. Personally I'd have him on the bench but he can't have too many complaints.

I agree with Saurez not being in the team. Why De-moralise players/or why de-moralise Carroll and Kuyt when they are only just getting their confidence back.

If anyone really is all doom and gloom regarding tonight's game should grab some of the widely available odds of 3-1 for a Spurs win. Reds 10/11. These odds certainly don't back up a lot of the concerns some of us seem to have.

I think our team will be more 4-5-1, and Kuyt will spend a lot of time protecting Kelly, which I'm happy enough about.
