thought adam was better tonight, but he needs that extra 1-2 seconds to make a choice; top quality players are instintive

Poor in the final third yet again but some positives to take from the game for me were Carroll looking lively again and it actually looks like he and Suarez could start to link up well.

As i said, frustrating. Happy with Jay overall. Ref was just ridiculous. Its not fun when its every ref every game.

The forethought of a clubbed seal in the final 3rd ffs! I'm sorry but u need a little more than half a brain to play this game! Some of the decision making was just border line psychotic in the final 3rd! Oh & well done to the club for not keeping Suarez fit while he was suspended ffs!
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

We have one method of attack, play it wide and cross it in. We are devoid of creativity.

Same story all season at home, we are easy to defend against.

If it was just one game, no one would mind, it isn't.

We played well, I thought. The Carroll chance was pretty bad. We can't continue to miss chances like that (as we do most weeks) and win games.

Overall though, even though I'm really disappointed with the result we definitely played well enough which is pleasing. Waits for mass overreactions with the rest of you lot going into despair about how horrible we are and can never challenge etc etc.

I liked Gerrard on the right. We should stick with that.

Aye. AC was pretty good again.
                          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

We deserve to win and we played well.
                            Are we winning?

Doesn't really matter about the others, they're in the past mate. Like it or not but Spurs are a very good team, better than us anyway. I think 0-0 isn't as bad as you might think.

Parker has been a brilliant signing for them. brilliant. he's given that steel and although limited as he is, he does a similar job to lucas for us.

We are totally clueless when it comes to creating chances. Its got to be confidence.

Can't blame luis for being rusty, but he was missing those sitters before. that header was a gimme. he also keeps trying that cut inside that goes straight into the defenders middrift. its not like he has much pace to make it work. but he is without doubt the one player we have that can doing something from nothing.

carroll was good. looks better each game. now winning the headers he wasn't a month ago. looks lighter on his feet.

still unbeaten. just one of those weird seasons. next season we could win all home games and not any away. bizarre.
