If that lineup is accurate I would expect us to be cautious in the first half and then in the second half Bellamy and possibly AC will be used as impact subs.
The issue is by that time it may be too late.
Don't like Downing over Bellamy at all.
Kuyt has scored some important goals for us lately but cannot help but feel for Carroll.
I thought this potentially may be the game he finally kicks in his goal scoring touch.
I feel for Carroll - a run of games, really starting to put his weight, starting to look a threat and he's dropped. DanPerkins is right, we need strong feet from both Henderson and Downing today, no backing down.
Kuyt has to improve, but then he has always been a big game player.

I bet the Mancs were thinking we would play AC and have set up to counter act it so we've put out a team to play a different style to hopefully put them off guard, I hope

I said the same thing.
So where will Hendo play. As CM or on the right and will Stevie be pushed more forward or Hendo?
I'm surprised Carroll doesn't start. And I think I'd have gone with Bellamy over Downing
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
