And the Dunk OG was a ****ing delight too
He did, Just not sure he is ever going to be clinical enough.

Downing just loves hittting the first man as well.

      Suarez is ****ing awesome.

I kind of imagine you like the hunchback of Notre-Dame with this massive growth of Carroll protruding from your spine

impressive performance without even being at our best. clinical in front of goal which was refreshing.

nice to see carra coming in and putting in a solid shift, thought gerrard ran the show in midfield, downing even played well and suarez and carroll really clicked today - long may that continue.

enrique, henderson and adam weren't quite at the races imo.

overall though, can't complain. well played lads.

Very entertaining game today, and great to see us scoring so many goals - even if half of them were own goals And the last one of them - hilarious

Another great game for Carroll, reallystarting to hit some form now! And Downing assist for his goal

Defence was superb today, again today reall, and Enrique looked much than he has in recent matches.

Suarez played very well today bar a poor penalty shot. Brilliant takedown at the first own goal most players would just have hit that hoping for the best.

                        Bring on Stoke now!

Not sure I'd agree on those 2.

Enrique had a very good game defensively and offensively, which is nice for change and Adam wasn't involved much but when he did he was ok.

Only one that disappointed today was Hendo.

fair enough. not saying they didn't play well, just that you'd usually see enrique and especially adam more involved when we're dominating teams.

henderson tends to drift in and out of game no matter who or how we're playing so not entirely surprised by his performance.

adam in particular was quiet today. i do think he's a big asset when he's on his game though.

Even lovely Linda is rubbing it in with a little help from Tomkins (who manages to be on twitter with 140 character limits somehow...)

Fantastic 6-1 win! “@paul_tomkins: Quarter-final against Stoke after excellent win today, with a little help from Brighton.”
