I would, he looks shocking now, no pace anymore, cant beat players and seems more intent on winning free kicks than doing anything else. Despite what he says I really dont think we were ever in for him (Bascombe certainly sees it that way anyway) and I think Mourinho knew exactly what he was doing when he got rid.

Never understood why fans want him here. He's injury-prone, woefully one-footed and, as his time at the Chavs showed, not really top-drawer.

To be fair Duff and Robben ripped defences apart in Mourinho first
season at Chelsea but yes in his last season he was by an large very poor,
the pace has gone, probably down to endless niggling injuries.

I think in some ways Newcastle might have been the ideal club from his point of view. If fit he would always get a game and if not then he has plenty of people to keep him company on the injury list.
