I went to the Wolves game last night and Ojo wasn't even on the bench. Was chatting to some fans and they're not very impressed with him. They say he's a bit selfish, very inconsistent and tries too many tricks.

It'll be difficult for him to get back in now as local lad Jordan Graham has broken through on the left wing and he looks pretty good. One to watch.

And then people complain when youngsters play it safe and pass backwards or lay it off all the time...

Not really, fans love the tricks and selfishness when it comes off. Ojo never struck me as a player that was good enough so not surprised by that view.

          Sergi Canos 1-0! W00t!

Brentford want to extend the Sergi Canos loan.

            New boss says -

He said: “I want him to stay for the rest of the season. I think he's enjoying it here. He'd love to stay so it's about us talking to Liverpool and get things done.

“I'm good friends with Alex Inglethorpe who is the academy director at Liverpool. I'll be in touch with him.”

Canos' enthusiasm has caught the eye and the 18-year-old was clearly out to prove a point after being rested against Cardiff in midweek.

He added: “He's been really bright. I didn't play him at Cardiff as I didn't think the pitch would be good for him.

“He looked fresh today. He's an 18-year-old kid and he doesn't want to be rested but he gave me a great response with his goal and performance.

“He doesn't look like a typical Spanish wide player. He likes the physical side of the game. He's a ball carrier but he's got tricks as well. He's enjoying it here.”

Nice, looks like he's got a gleam in his eye there.

No Ojo for third matchday squad in a row. He'll surely be brought back.

                        LOAN WATCH

Sheyi Ojo (Wolves) - Not in match squad
Lloyd Jones (Blackpool) - injured No game this week for Blackpool
Vigouroux, Williams, Stewart (Swindon Town) - Vig full game in 0-1 win, others not in squad (injury)
Danny Ward (Aberdeen) - Ward full game in 0-4 win
Wisdom (Norwich) - injured last week so missed game

Taiwo (FSV Frankfurt) - not in squad, just back from ANC U23s which Nigeria won
Sergi Canos (Brentford) - started game played 58 minutes in 4-2 win opened the scoring

                        Ilori (Villa) not in squad.
Alberto (Deportivo) started game played 62 minutes in 2-0 win

Nice to have a few winners!

Nigeria winning the U23s ANC means Taiwo will be at the 2016 Olympic Games, Sergi Canos continues to thrive at Brentford, the locals like him and the mnager wnats to keep him (see above posts), Kent continues to get a useful amount of game time at Coventry
alas Ojo is clearly out of favour at an increasingly poor Wolves (thrashed today) I see him being recalled sharpish. Danny Wards heroics between the sticks for Aberdeen are largely unseen down here of course but its does make you wonder if he might be a good option next season. Likewise Vig is solid at Swindon a side that has really turned the tide in the last month or so.

His loan was ended, by Liverpool I think. He's played a few U21s recently
