It was only a couple of years ago that we were talking about the best of the youth players stagnating playing reserve games and hiw much better it would be for their development to go elsewhere and play some proper foot all.

This is a bumper year for players going on loan. Of course most of them will not kick a ball for the senior side alas but if they can be developed sufficiently to generate a transfer fee from a decent side then that's the Academy doing a good job.
