That's a horrible defensive line right there, the rest of the team looks good though, time to win something finally.

cant see us keeping a clean sheet here. dont feel confident about this with that back four.

Hoping for a lot from Shelvey today. Shelvey-Gerrard-Bellamy-Suarez-Carroll = posseeebeeleetees.

Back 4 looks dodgy but delighted Hendo & Downing on the bench. Shelvey in against Tiote and Cabaye i'm not so sure about it's a risk. Gonna be a tough game

Considering our injuries that is a good lineup. Happy to see Shelvey start! Promising and needs some game time now.

Reckon it will be a close game.

Carroll is either going to have a stormer... or he's going to seriously bottle it! Few free kicks in this maybe

Once more unto the breach, dear friends.

Who knows what we will get today? ****e, mediocrity or a convincing win? All are possible. We are only consistent in our inconsistency.

Or he will be somewhere in between.
                            Oh I don't know.

Interesting to see whether Kenny has Gerrard as his more advanced CM, or whether it's Shelvey. Cant imagine Shelvey being told to sit with Spearing, so it'll be Gerrard who does that, which takes away from his attacking threat.
