Will the next person to suggest Maureen should be connected with our club in any way, apart from as a shoe cleaner, please post their address? I would like to send you corrective messages and possibly have some people in white coats to pay a visit.
A lifelong LFC supporter, I would have to suspend my support for the club if that ****-filled egomaniac got anywhere near
But was completely untouched (see Enrique's reaction too)
Er, what? I don't think it was a trip but could have been considered shirt pulling followed by a shove. Unlike thevCarroll one there was clearly a lot of contact.
I thought that was a penalty myself. Would be a free kick elsewhere on the field so if its in the box its a penalty.
I thought Enrique instigated the shirt-pulling in the box and he got away with one. The dive came when Ben Arfa realised the ball was going out of play.
Shame that every time we lose now, all those who want Rafa back are out in force. Kenny will get at least another season, and people need to get used to it.
Some thoughts on today, I thought we were the better team for most of the game. We create plenty of chances, but as usual, couldnt convert. The good defence we had earlier in the season has vanished, so its no surprise that we concede goals.
- The two major decisions in the game went against us - the handball was a penalty and a red card, a huge decision, and the second goal was offside.
- Carroll's dive was farcical, why not just put it in the net? Thought he played alright apart from that embarrassing moment.
- Suarez and Gerrard were really not that good.
- Shelvey played well and should never have Henderson starting ahead of him
- Spearing is not protecting the back four enough, and it's exposing Jamie badly
- Jamie needs to sit on the bench, might as well play Coates now. The defence has collapsed without Agger and Johnson.
- Our subs Downing, Henderson, Kuyt were never going to change anything. I'd like to see all three shipped out in the summer. Sterling should have been given another go
- Roll on the summer.
Can't really bear to read too much of this thread, however I did notice someone mooting the idea of Mourinho as a replacement manager. Putting aside dislike of him personally, that's an utterly ridiculous suggestion. Pretty much the same as going into the transfer subsection and posting that we should buy Messi.
If he leaves Madrid he'll doubtless be at Man City within the week. Unless he and Roman make up.
I've got no real issue with people mooting replacements for Kenny, if done semi-respectfully, but we might as well be just slightly realistic.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?
